Across both tests, end-to-end execution mattered more than isolated capability.

In support, stability under pressure was the deciding factor. Freshdesk came out on top because it was the most reliable during stressful customer scenarios. The support test also covered refund-policy handling, multilingual conversations, human escalation, jailbreak resistance, cancellation flows, and ambiguous policy reasoning, which shows the evaluation was about robustness in messy real-world cases.

A complete prospecting tool can still lose points on data freshness. Apollo won the cold-email test, but the verdict explicitly noted moderate data-freshness caveats. That means a strong all-in-one workflow still depends on whether the underlying contact and enrichment data is current enough to trust.
